The main treatment of AIS includes full-time bracing [7], which may cause back pain along with psychological disorder, and pedical screw instrumentation, which inevitably leads to major operative trauma, decreased spinal range of motion [8], and even permanent catastrophic neurologic or vascular injury in case of screw malposition [9].
In our postmortem studies of ET, we have identified several abnormal pathological features that are in proximity to the PC AIS, including torpedoes, "hairy" baskets, and elongated Lingo-1 labeled basket cell pinceaus [ 15, 30, 31].
Given the rapid evolution and technological advances in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischaemic stroke (AIS), including the proliferation of comprehensive stroke centres and increasing emphasis on interventional stroke therapies, the need for prompt recognition of stroke due to acute large vessel occlusion has received significant attention in the recent literature.
This cohort prospective study proves the efficacy of a complete conservative treatment of AIS, including bracing and exercises, in the high risk population proposed by the SRS criteria [ 10].
Factors associated with timing of referral in AIS include gender, age, and type of scoliosis curves [ 13], as well as family history of scoliosis and the originator of the detection [ 14, 15, 18, 19].
Criteria for surgical correction of AIS included: 1) Conservative treatment ineffective at controlling symptoms, 2) Patient not satisfied with appearance, 3) Cobb angle >40°, 4) Risser score ≥3°, and 5) No history of spinal surgery.
We then assigned a system-level function category to an AIS subfamily if the AIS subfamily included at least one member gene having the system-level function category.
Non-AIs included fulvestrant, tamoxifen, toremifene, and megestrol.
As I did with the AIS data, I included respondents' data in analysis if they reported never having been tested previously for HIV and also reported awareness of HIV/AIDS.
The AIS for the head includes the cranium and brain.
