This reduced delay, or dead-time, can also be seen in the decrease of the K1 onset time (Fig. 9F).

This test included data from the same 6 speakers whose productions were used for the V1F2 onset test.

However, it introduces problems such as increased latency jitter in the P300 onset which may hinder the classification.
