In bull [ 33], after semen was frozen and thawed, the level of AKP in seminal plasma increased significantly with sperm motility and fertilization rate decreasing, indicating that AKP in seminal plasma might come from the secretion of reproductive tract epithelial cells and the release of damaged sperm.
But as the huge ice sheets thawed, sea levels rose and flooded Doggerland until it eventually vanished.
