In 2008, Google developed an algorithm which translates search queries into an estimate of the number of individuals with influenza-like illness that visit primary healthcare providers [17].
To identify individuals and families at risk for HBC syndromes within the cohort, an instrument with seven questions, named FHS-7, was developed and applied to all women that visited the participating primary care units from April 2004 to March 2006 (Table 1).
