For pristine SF/CS composite NFs, two endothermic peaks due to SF and TFA-CS appear (Figure 5C).
We therefore have the 592 by 18 (different time points) data matrix E and the 592 by 15 control strength matrix A. Applying the decomposition computation in the equation (5) (see methods), we yield the control strength matrix A and the 15 by 18 TFA matrix P. Figures 2 and S1 show the inferred profiles (—Š— curves) for 7 TFAs and their corresponding gene expressions.
An example time series of the artificial MODIS data subjected to standard TFA is shown in Figure 3a.
Only 15% of the 54 fast food servings contained more than 10 g per serving, and 50% contained between 5 and 10 g. 9 In 2009, each of the 12 fast food menus, which were collected in France, Germany and the UK in the same locations as in 2005, contained less than 1 g of I-TFA per serving (figures 2 and 3).
It is worth noting that a shoulder absorption band at 1,218 cm-1 exists in the TFA spectrum (not shown in Figure 3).
As illustrated in Figure 1 (A), TFA content and DHA production of BL10 was positively correlated with a decrease in salinity, reaching a plateau at 0.5%, and gradually dropping with salinity levels below 0.5%.
A significant pool of peptides was present in both untreated (Figure 2a) and TFA-treated (Figure 2b) samples.
After adding ammonia, the endothermic peak of TFA-CS at 222°C changed back to the strong CS exothermic peak at 298°C by completely removing TFA from NFs with ammonium ions (Figure 5D).
When the adipocyte transcription was weighed equally as for tumor epithelium and stroma (c = 1), the numbers of DEGs found between DM and NoDM tumor groups were 169 in the TFA and 85 in SFA, respectively (Figure 2).
The power spectra of these 5 putative cell cycle regulators are shown in Figure 5B, and the TFA profiles of these regulators are illustrated in Figure 6.
