All test center supervisors in affected areas are asked to call Test Administration Services at (800) 257-5123 to let SAT officials know whether their test center will be open this weekend, and, if applicable, when a makeup test might be rescheduled.
The SAT database "is intended primarily for high schools and test center supervisors to check," Kathleen Steinberg, a spokesperson for the College Board said on Wednesday.
Test center supervisors and officials of the College Board — many of whom are also dealing with the storm's aftermath as residents of affected areas — are "working frantically" to disseminate information to students who may still be without power, Ms. Steinberg said.
