What is the federal government doing to encourage companies to test drugs for kids?

According to Bronson, the results of creativity tests for American kids has been falling since 1990 – a particularly worrying statistic given that these test scores have been rising over the past twenty years in most other industrialized countries around the world.
Take these state exams and put them in the Museum of Natural History where families in the future can look at them and muse: Did educators really think back then that all this testing was good for kids?
"This was supposed to be the big fightback test for the whizz kids, but so far they seem to have made things worse," said one senior backbencher.
Spriggle made its debut last week out of the NewMe Accelerator with the aim of building a new, super social way for parents to test out and shop for kids' toys — by bringing the experience into in-home playdates that are already a way of life for so many families with young children.
The tests are no good for kids who are still in third, fourth, and fifth grade.
"Art isn't something you can test for, but it teaches kids problem-solving skills".
This meant work for companies that could produce these tests and offer a way for kids, parents and schools to view the results online.
It plans to make money by charging a subscription fee (it's free while in beta testing), by selling digital goods for kids to decorate their virtual rooms, and by facilitating some of the rewards (for example offering gift cards and taking a cut).
"What's best for kids is frequent testing, where even if they do badly, they can get help and improve and have the satisfaction of doing better," he said.
