ACTERNA CORP., Germantown, Md., a maker of equipment to test fiber-optic networks, said a judge would consider its bankruptcy recovery plan for approval next month.
This equipment, called Automated Universal Microtensometer, was designed with the integration of the latest technology to be able to test fibers and interfacial properties of composites.
