"Liechtenstein has much to improve in terms of due diligence issues and money laundering," he said.
Simon Cohen: "In terms of due diligence, check if the expressed company values are consistent with their partners, clients and funders.
"We have been very aggressive in terms of due diligence, meeting with officials from the U.S. government and Greek governing officials," Tolbert said.
"I think there was a reluctance in terms of due diligence, and the monitoring of what was expected from Awema and I think we also know from the report that the Welsh Government organisation was not sufficiently joined up.
"I have answered all questions on this matter to ensure that indeed the Welsh government and the permanent secretary leading on this has delivered in terms of due diligence for the sector".
