In order to test whether a bound Gal4DBD is a physical barrier for SWI/SNF remodeling and what the fate of a bound Gal4DBD is upon nucleosome remodeling, we used the same template as the one that we used in single round experiments and performed 10 min remodeling on template both in the absence and in the presence of Gal4DBD.
