In a word, after comparing Fig. 4 with Fig. 2 from a variety of angles, such as appearance, arrangement, size of scales, notches, and bumps, it was obvious that the original super light trapping architectures of bio-template were well inherited by the SiO2 negative replica.
The conceptual framework and indicator development templates were well received by NIHR's senior management team, the NIHR advisory board and the Department of Health's Research and Development directorate.
Using the validation protocol listed earlier, it was found that the original semantic definitions from the COSMIC templates were well preserved in the converted archetypes and they could be opened with an archetype editor.
However, the templates are well filled via ALD as shown in Figure 2c.
Up to date, syntheses including the use of templates are well known as very effective approaches to achieve hollow structures [21 28].

Each well was filled with 250 mL of resin (3.5% Sephadex G-100, GE Healthcare) and the resin was packed by centrifugation at 3.000 × g for 5'; after addition of 150 mL of resin, the plate was re-centrifuged as above; 10 mL of the PCR template were loaded in each well and the purified reaction was collected by centrifugation as above.
