When a search template is consistent across trials, thus not requiring the generation and coordination of a to-be-searched-for template with the deployment of spatial attention throughout the display, loading WM has no effect on search performance (Woodman et al., 2001a, 2001b).
The higher incidence of PCR recombination in the amplicon templates is consistent with previous findings of increased rates of PCR recombination with increased concentration of template DNA [42], [43].
Since there were a number of templates with similar E-values and since the homology was remote, an evaluation of the models themselves was carried out using the statistical potential DFIRE [43] and the top four were structurally aligned to each other to determine whether the models based on different templates were consistent with each other.
