A deeper sample coverage is expected to increase the number of universal core taxa whereas the effect on subject-specific taxa frequency remains more difficult to predict: A richer sampling depth may reveal new subject-specific taxa members, and some of those defined in this study may no longer appear specific to a given individual or group of individuals.
Further, subjective RV appears responsible for a 'winner effect' in E. vuilleti [ 9], contrasting with previous theory, and evidence from non-parasitoid taxa, that winner loser effects are influenced by RHP changes [ 7, 17].
Thus, factors including body size, generation time, and metabolic rate may play important roles in determining the evolutionary rate of taxa through their effects on the mutation rate.
Positive associations between individual genetic diversity (heterozygosity) and fitness-related traits are reported across many taxa, although the effects are often weak, and the underlying mechanisms are not well understood [1], [2].
Within a lineage such as the Heliconiina, the main factor is probably the age of taxa and correlated effects on species compatibility.
However, at 50%and75%5% sand content AMF taxa had significant effects on both shoot and root production on all species except A. elatius (Fig. 1).
Arising when there is unequal divergence among taxa, long-branch effects are caused by convergent and parallel changes that give rise to a systematic bias in the phylogenetic estimation procedure, producing one or more artefactual phylogenetic groupings of taxa [ 1- 15].
We performed phylogenetic analyses of protein-coding data on 78 genes from 360 taxa, exploring the effects of different partitioning and character-coding protocols for the entire data set as well as subsets of the data.
The wide range of taxa and of effects suggest that creating conditions as much like those naturally encountered will be key for propagating organisms that will both be successful in the wild and not dramatically increase risk to wild populations.
