'task alignment' is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when referring to the alignment or coordination of tasks for a particular project or purpose. For example: "We need to ensure that all tasks are properly aligned to meet our deadline."
As the term task alignment suggests, the starting point of any effective change effort is a clearly defined business problem.
