Target: Restore pre-crisis levels of employment in the short term, but achieve closer to 80% employment in the longer term.
To address them, it needs an economic programme that is more likely to work than the measures policymakers have recently adopted, which have failed to achieve their inflation target, restore confidence, or boost growth to the level desired.

That applies also to the second target: to restore Bosnia's multi-ethnic character by returning refugees to their homes.
"IUCN along with other partners has launched a target to restore 150 million hectares [globally] by 2020," says forest and climate chanage specialist Carole Saint-Laurent.
This situation prompted the Government to set a target to restore 1.2 million ha of degraded land by 2045 and approved in 2015 a National Strategy for Forest Landscape Restoration.
