The phrase "tandem connected" is correct and usable in written English
It is often used to describe a situation when two or more people, activities, or objects are linked, related, or associated with each other in a complementary way. For example, you could say: "The club provides a range of activities that are tandem connected, allowing members to explore various interests in creative and meaningful ways."
