Research on tailored implementation strategies specifically for occupational mental health care is scarce.
The barriers identified can subsequently be used to develop tailored implementation strategies.
Further consideration, tailored implementation, and evaluation of such interventions are warranted.

Based on our results, a peer-group learning training with focus on perceived barriers using a PDCA structure seems to be a feasible and powerful approach to conduct a tailored implementation strategy because the target users themselves develop the solutions to overcome perceived barriers.
