"All the signals we got yesterday evening were disquieting because there was a big and inexplicable delay in the transportation of the vote tabulation sheets and the ballot boxes to the computer counting centers".
On Friday, election observers sounded despondent, saying that the official tallying centers looked like disaster zones, with ballots dumped in the mud and the supposedly sacrosanct tabulation sheets fluttering loose in the wind.
"There is an unexplainable delay in the moving of the voting sheet tabulations to the computer centers," where they are counted.
