The threshold voltage (V t ), drain-induced barrier lowering (DIBL), and subthreshold swing (SS) for devices filled with ALD W using SiH4 are smaller, i.e. −0.20 V, 98 mV/V, and 88 mV/dec, respectively, than those for devices filled with ALD W using B2H6, i.e. −0.26 V, 104 mV/V, and 90 mV/dec, respectively.
The Patía River, the number one in terms of sediment yield ∼1500 t km−2 yr−1 draining the western South America, has the most extensive and well developed delta on the Pacific coast, measuring 1700 km2.
Interestingly, anti-CD40L treatment almost completely reduced the presence of highly proliferating CD4+ T cells in draining but, also, in non-draining LN (Fig. 1B).

Remarkably, a single nanoparticle immunization resulted in a 120-fold increase in the frequency of melanoma epitope-specific CD8+ T cells in draining lymph nodes and a 30-fold increase in the spleen, relative to free peptide with free CpG.
