Development and possible uses of a systematic methodology for pharmaceutical process development based on enhanced process understanding, a data-rich environment, and exploiting opportunities for continuous operation is presented in this chapter.
In this paper a brief and systematic overview of pharmaceutical cocrystals is provided, with particular focus on cocrystal design strategies, formation methods, physicochemical property studies, characterisation techniques, and recent theoretical developments in cocrystal screening and mechanisms of cocrystal formations.
Several reviews have been conducted for assessment of the methodological quality of systematic reviews of pharmaceutical care [ 3], oral health care [ 6], dental healthcare [ 7], pediatric oncology [ 8], and traditional Chinese medicine interventions [ 9].
