Optical recordings of Ca2+ transient amplitude for 4 seconds before and after acute exposure (20 min) to 0.2 mmol/L TC showed a complete loss of Ca2+ transient synchronisation in control clusters and in clusters of cells transfected with scrambled siRNA clusters after TC treatment (Fig. 6b,c, Video S1).
