(Kozinn) NEW YORK PHILHARMONIC (Tomorrow, Sunday and Thursday) A restoration, of sorts, of the programming that drove the Philharmonic's Promenades concerts in the late 1970's, these Summertime Classics concerts offer a combination of light works, symphonic pops and, almost by stealth, some substantial music.
