33 DNA from 271 Lo2 F1 hybrids was partially methylated at cytosines in non symmetrical context as indicated by partial resistance to Sau96I digestion while no methylation was observed at CG sites as shown by fully digested TaiI fragments.
Similarly, the Sau96I hybridization profiles were indicative for complete methylation of the cytosines in a non-symmetrical context [shift from a 0.91 kb fragment towards a 1.14 kb fragment (Fig. 4C )].
Also, it can be seen that the asymmetrical FBMC FLO configuration is just slightly better than the symmetrical one in the context of reduction of spectral spread-out, which corroborates the expectations made in Section 5.
