A 54 h time course of phosphorylation patterns in vivo for KaiCTST vs. mutant KaiCs reveals that none of the KaiC mutations at 426, 431, or 432 (including KaiCaST) can sustain a rhythm of KaiC phosphorylation (Fig. S1).
