School-specific feedback regarding intervention progress and data collected via student surveys will be provided to each.
For the postal survey, women will be provided with information about the study in a covering letter mailed to them with the survey, and consent will be implied by the completion and return of the questionnaire.
Survey packages will be provided to the participant in an unsealed envelope, allowing them to seal their responses prior to returning the survey to the research nurse or volunteer.
Patients that complete the survey on-site will be provided with a $10 gift card to reimburse them for the time required to participate.
Following completion of the six-month survey, control group participants will be provided with access to intervention.
Survey process and measurements are almost identical to the phase 1 survey methods, but additional examination will be provided.
