Even though not all taxonomic units are monophyletic in the tree, no taxonomic unit was found that conflicted with a well supported branch.
Interestingly, the three host taxa from the Magnoliophyta that fell within the C6 group (Prunus avium, Sorbus domestica and Sorbus torminalis) were all from the Rosaceae family a well supported branch of the Rosales subphylum [22].
