In the NJ tree constructed with 16S rRNA gene sequence of K. pneumoniae MB45 formed a tight clade with a bootstrap support of 83% with the cluster comprising the four Klebsiella strains named as K. pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae, K. granulomatis, K. singaporensis and K. alba.

Our results represent the first statistically significant support for the clustering of Miopithecus with the arboreal Cercopithecus clade.
In our study, we subdivided these long branches by tripling the taxonomic sampling which rendered the strong statistical support for the clustering of Thaliacea with Phlebobranchia and Aplousobranchia even more reliable.
The results supported the cluster analysis with haplotypes grouping into a small number of tightly connected lobes that corresponded to each of the structure defined subgroups (Figure S3).
This pattern was also broadly supported by the clustering with the program Structure [ 22], where three populations (K = 3) had the highest Ln likelihood, and cultivated and wild carrots cluster in fairly distinct groups, although there is some evidence of introgression.
However, the phylogenetic inference does not support the clustering of these trypanosomatid CAMKs with the plasmodial calcium dependent kinase CDPK1.
It then aims to insert these clusters one at a time into a tree, starting with the clusters that are supported by most of the gene trees.
