Clusters 2, 3, and 6, which have genes that are expressed in regions of the midgut excluding M6 8, contained P450s, GSTs, carboxylesterase, and UGTs, which supports polarization of xenobiotic metabolism in the midgut (Xenobiotic metabolism in the midgut).
