Both the redesigned Help Center and Support Dashboard will be live today.
The link to the Support Dashboard appears in users' "Account Settings" following their initial report.
The multifunctional Support Dashboard launched earlier this year and Facebook recently announced it's available to 100% of its users.
In addition, the Support Dashboard gives users the feeling that Facebook is listening and cares about resolving their problems.
Today, Facebook also reports that the Support Dashboard rollout is complete, and 100% of the Facebook user base should now have access to this tool.
The company also announced that another of its tools, the Support Dashboard, is now available to 100% of Facebook users worldwide.
In April, Facebook first launched the Support Dashboard, allowing users to track whether their report had been reviewed, whether or not the offensive content they reported had been left up and why the decision had been made.
The Support Dashboard should make users feel more confident about spending time on Facebook because they know if they're abused and report it, their problems will actually be heard and responded to.
And now they can track complaints about violence and threats, self-harm, bullying and harassment, hate speech, graphic violence, nudity and pornography, identity and privacy, intellectual property, phishing, and spam through the Support Dashboard.
The Support Dashboard is gradually rolling out to the Account Settings menu starting today with Facebook tracking Timeline and photo flags there, and monitoring for more content types will be added soon.
