The Others segment comprises the operational support and consortium segments such as credit recovery, consortium administration, development, manufacture, commercialization, rent and integration of digital electronic systems and equipment, peripherals, programs, inputs, and computing supplies, intermediation of air tickets, lodging and organization of events.
Interviews were conducted with state staff involved in support specialist training and consortium activities and the support specialists themselves.

Highly important for reaching this goal is to offer service providers the necessary user support and consulting from the consortium responsible for maintenance of the standard.
Fellows receive training on facilitation and leadership and are responsible for preparing quarterly reports, managing communication, and supporting consortium efforts.
