Participants played a modified version of a previously validated Roulette task (van Eimeren et al., 2009) comprising three time stages (Fig. 1A): selection, anticipation, and outcome (see Supplementary material for timing information).
Their timing (Supplementary Table 1) was inferred based on compositional anomalies that have been determined for Solfatara fumaroles.
Interestingly, we found that the majority of the breakpoints occurred in regions that shared the same state of replication timing (Supplementary Figure 14b).
The admission to the hospital, electrode numbers and locations, medication doses and timing (Supplementary Tables 2 and 3) and the duration of monitoring were determined by clinical criteria and diagnostic needs.
We identified 246 potential replication origins that include 214 out of the 220 origins detected on the replication timing profile (supplementary table S2, Supplementary Material online).
During this "single origin" regime, it is possible to resolve some adjacent origins that appear as a single peak in the replication timing profile (supplementary fig. S7, Supplementary Material online).

The exception to this pattern is the MBII-52-specific snoRNA expression, which is affected regardless of the timing of exposure (supplementary material Table S4).
HPC enumeration could serve as a supplementary method for the optimal timing of the first apheresis; it is simple, rapid, and cheap.
Both gene-content and sequence family trees are then rooted by midpoint in order to take into account the timing constraints (See Supplementary Text).
