The first Pan African Congress was held in London in 1900; the hugely influential fifth Pan African Congress in Manchester in 1945; and there has been an unbroken history of grassroots organising, including the black supplementary school movement.
In some configurations a supplementary global movement imposed by the confinement (for example: acoustic waves) is superposed on the two above mentioned, and modifies the parameters of the process.
Indeed, in vitro video time-lapse imaging experiments demonstrates that CR cells incubated with Sema3E-AP showed a fast decrease in branches of the leading neurites compared with SEAP-treated cells, which correlates with lower cell migration and soma movement (Supplementary Fig. 13, Supplementary movie 7).
Accordingly, indirect calorimetry revealed enhanced basal thermogenesis and oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange in AAV8-Arg2 versus HFrD-fed AAV8-controls (Fig. 2d), without altering light- or dark-cycle movement (Supplementary Fig. 1c).
Knockdown of Rab27a increased the velocity of directed movement (Supplementary Table S1).
Moreover, changes were seen in oxidative stress response, mitochondrial membrane characteristics and cellular movement (Supplementary Tables S2 and S3).
Conversely, the best response to mechanical stimulation exhibited by neb embryos was tail quivering, and some embryos failed to display any movement (supplementary material Movie 2).
Supplementary to the Movement ABC, we assessed qualitative aspects of coordination and balance and fine manipulative abilities and the presence of choreiform dyskinesia, associated movements, sensory integrity, and tremors with Touwen's age-specific neurologic examination (Touwen 1979).
