First, the most radical strategy would be to completely remove the prevailing links between basic and supplementary insurance, for instance by a legal requirement that both types of insurance have to offered by strictly separated legal entities.
Some will call for more effective implementation of the existing provisions (perhaps by stricter sanctions), others for supplementary regulations (for instance on more transparent product tracking and labelling) and some will want wider public debate.
In spite of lysosomal turnover after DFP (Fig 2C), BNIP3 small interfering RNA (siRNA) depletion did not influence mitophagy suggesting it is dispensable in this instance (supplementary Fig S3C,D online).
