Supplementary, the detection of maxillary bone cysts penetrating into the sinus with panoramic radiography showed a significant lack in reliability in the intra-observer comparison.
This supplementary error detection tool can ameliorate the arithmetic decoder performance since it reduces the size of the search space and consequently, increases the Hamming distance between candidates.
After sequential Bonferroni correction (Rice 1989), we found that all three population units showed significant deviations from HWE in 62 loci, which would be ruled out for the subsequent detection (supplementary table S1, Supplementary Material online).
The consistency of the different approaches for outlier detection (supplementary fig.
