We, therefore, provide users with the flexibility to choose their own cut-offs, which can be adjusted to decrease or increase the number of predicted contexts (Supplementary Method 1.15).
To activate this learning cycle, the workshops employ a variety of participatory learning methods drawn from training modules in similar contexts (Supplementary file 2) (Haaland, personal communication, 15 May 2010) (37, 48).
