Here, we applied the same super-resolution scanning patch-clamp method and found that, in contrast to ventricular myocytes, in rat atrial cells LTCCs were recorded with similar frequency from T-tubules (T-LTCC), crests (C-LTCC), and nonstructured areas.
Here, we used a super-resolution scanning patch-clamp technique to study the distribution of functional LTCCs in different structural microdomains of the sarcolemma of rat and human atrial myocytes.
