Hoxb4a activity in any identified group of neurons was determined by summing data from 3 4 specimens (Fig. 7K) exhibiting a similar degree of labeling and then acquiring an average of the percentages calculated from individual experiments (Fig. S3).
After summing data from both methods, we got a total of 235,519 synteny blocks.
