Once the chain has converged we can use sequence of values to obtain estimates of any posterior summaries of interest (Monte Carlo).
OkCupid allows users to get a little bit more in depth; not only are there standard categories to fill in (a self-summary, lists of interests and hobbies), there's also a huge selection of user generated questions, the answers to which give you and other users a unique "match percentage", a rudimentary yardstick by which to judge your potential compatibility.
The project has a one-page summary of the interest rates that are in effect for the main types of federal student loans, as well as other loan terms for the 2013-14 academic year.

Furthermore, the source code of the software is freely available to allow extensions to compute other summary statistics of interest (for example, the joint SFS of samples from multiple populations under generalized models, by extending the work of Wakeley and Hey 1997 and Chen 2012).
Given the wide variability of texts that can be considered summaries of research interests, we have not attempted to characterize the performance of our method on such data.
