The stress strain behavior of the soil is represented by an elasto-plastic constitutive model for unsaturated soil based on bounding surface concept and the moisture-suction behavior is modeled using van Genuchten model.
In the case of suction, increasing behavior is observed in the center of the disks and decreasing tendency is viewed nearby the lower and upper disks as demonstrated in Fig. 2.
