The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that sentinel biopsy procedure rates were higher in case of mastectomy, comedocarcinoma subtypes, large tumour size and high-grade lesions (Table 6).
Genetic variant rs505922 in the ABO locus was found to be associated with ischemic stroke, and in particular the subtypes large-vessel and cardioembolic stroke, but not small-vessel disease.

In regard to stroke subtype, large artery atherosclerosis and cardioembolism were more frequent in patients treated with UFH, and small vessel occlusion was more frequent in those without UFH treatment.
However, for the analyses stratified by histological subtypes, a larger population would probably have been needed to find statistically significant increased risks.
While it is possible that true differences may exist among these two subtypes, a larger number of samples would be required to find those differences with an acceptable false discovery rate.
Risk factors for incomplete excision are: location on the head; morpheiform, superficial, and infiltrative subtypes; lesions larger than 20 mm in diameter; the presence of multiple lesions; repair by skin graft; and recurrent and previously incompletely excised BCCs[ 10 16 ].
In conclusion, the study herein showed that HIV-1 subtype CRF51_01B and CRF01_AE-infected subjects have higher prevalence of CXCR4-usage compared to subtype B. Larger studies involving phenotypic co-receptor determination would strengthen these findings.
