Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to investigate how community composition varied between sites, artificial substrates, and sampling times.
Although variations in the protein length, width, and height are reported depending on the underlying substrates and sampling conditions, a trinodular Fg configuration is predominantly reported in the aforementioned AFM studies.
