"substantiated opinion" is correct and usable in written English
It is used to describe a view, belief, or judgment which is well-supported by evidence and facts. For example, "It can be said with a certain degree of confidence that the way in which the government handled the pandemic was a misguided endeavor, due to the comprehensive evidence and fact-based research that supports this substantiated opinion."
