Subsequent to evaluation of AAV- NDI1 in vitro, 3 × 10 vp AAV- NDI1 or 3×1010 vp AAV- EGFP were intravitreally injected into adult mice and 2 weeks post-injection retinas were harvested and RNA extracted (n=6).
