The aluminium contents of "pastries in aluminium trays" and "salted pretzels and similar savoury biscuits" are described under "Articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs" subsection due to a possible migration of aluminium from the trays or the baking trays into these foods.
Within the genus Mycena, it probably belongs to the section Marasmius, and the subsection Penicillati, due to characters of the stem, gills and pileipellis (the outer-most layer of the cap).
This raises the possibility that the set of findings reported in this subsection could be due to a pattern of selection of immigration rather than the impact of culture or social capital.
We infer that both the high SiO2 contents of the 2008 ash samples and their deviation from the bulk trends of other ash samples (Fig. 12; Subsection 5.2) are due to the inclusion of abundant altered material (Fig. 2) in the analyzed bulk samples (Table 1).
Comparison of the results obtained in this subsection to the bounds obtained for the SD channel in Subsection 6.2 indicates that due to the presence of the SR link, the RD channel is more difficult to accurately estimate.

In subgenus Narcissus section Jonquillae subsection Juncifolii was elevated to sectional rank, thus resolving the paraphyly in this section observed by Graham and Barrett in Clade II due to this anomalous subsection, the remaining species being in subsection Jonquillae, which was monophyletic.
As discussed in the previous subsection for RN, this is again due to the surface effects, which is more prominent for the irregular surfaces of LJC.
The change in outer segment volume is too small to account for differences between the light responses of StoA and TtoA rods and between WT and StoA rods, as now noted in the text (please see the subsection entitled "Response differences are not due to alterations in the transduction cascade").
