To subscribe to find the "Start a New Subscription" link on the Main Page.
To allow subscriptions and control whether or not subscribers can comment on your posts, click the new Subscriptions link at the left of your Facebook profile page, just below Friends.
You can also manage subscriptions to your fan pages by clicking the "Edit Subscriptions" link beneath "Inbox of Updates".
A quick look at the "My Subscriptions" link that is prominently displayed at the top of the reader shows that all of this functionality is included, and actually works quite well.
Click the "Manage (x) subscriptions" link.
Click on the Subscriptions link at the left of your home page to browse the channels you're subscribed to.
Or, if you read other news sites, I'm sure you can Google yourself the subscription link to their own purchase page.
