The algorithms proposed in the STD, SSD, SA, and TPA steps provide a suboptimal solution which have low overhead and low computational complexity, and, as shown in Section 4 (Figs. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10), lead to better performance compared with an existing suboptimal algorithm.
Additional disadvantages include properties such as a low quantum yield (QY) [2], inefficient maturation [3], or suboptimal excitation by existing illumination sources [4] [6].
The participants have also pointed to existing suboptimal competencies and poor infrastructure in private practices.
Apart from the side-effect profiles and suboptimal deployment of existing medical diabetes therapies, there remain issues around patient engagement in many aspects of their lives.
A recent Cochrane review of trials investigating the use of antioxidants for people with chronic kidney disease found that antioxidant therapy does not reduce cardiovascular or all-cause death but, due to the suboptimal quality of existing studies, a clinically important benefit cannot be excluded.
There are however limitations and suboptimal results of the existing techniques.

From Figures 5 and 6, it is clear that the proposed schemes outperform the existing GA-based suboptimal method.
