The reliability of findings and final drafts of categories was assured through multiple coding by the first researcher, researcher assistants and senior researchers, and finally through respondent validation [ 51, 54].> From the four predefined categories in the nursing code of ethics, a total of ten strong and clear sub-categories were found (Table 3).
In fact, only two genes of this sub-category were found up-regulated after 8 h of doxycycline treatment (ALD4 and BDH2; p-value: 1.68e-01) in contrast to 15 genes found after treatment for 24 h, mainly involved in redox processes (AAD3, AAD6, AAD14, AAD15, AAD16, ACS1, ALD2, ALD3, ALD4, ALD6, ARO10, BDH2, DLD1, NDE2 and NGL3; p-value: 9.41e-10).
The 123 introgressed calves, representing the moderate and substantial categories, are found within 12 sub-locations in the northern and central regions of the study area (Supplementary Table S1).
Overlap between categories was found.
However, some sub categories were different between the groups.
Among the functional categories, the genes encoding proteins responsible for subcellular localization of biomolecules (sub-category S) were found to be expressing the most making 14.1% contribution.
While the percentage of EST representing the unclassified proteins (Fig. 7, sub-category T) remained similar to that of the total unigene representation in the group, the EST representation for the proteins with no similarity in the database (Fig. 7, sub-category U) was found to be very less (4.7%) compared to the representation made by the unigenes (32.5%) in the group (Fig. 6).
A core category and four sub-categories of what was most important for the respondents were found.
By sub-categories (n = 51), weak, non-statistically significant correlations were found (see data on Table 4).
No women were found in these categories.
