I convinced fellow students that we had to resist this.
"There is a new level of anger among students that we haven't seen before," he said.
What is recently pleasing is the level of constructive activism by the students that we saw in universities.
"This is an entire population of students that we were not servicing two to three years ago," he added.
Good teachers reassure their students that we are all subject to judgment biases.
We depend on them for hiring the graduate students that we bring through the system.
"We made it clear to the students that we all agree that it's desirable to keep the school tuition free," Mr. Gural said.
But Mr. Ryan was so enthusiastic about the piece and how well it worked with his students that we decided his lesson plan, below, offered more for teachers.
The e-mails show Dr. Hauser telling his students that "we need to resolve this because I'm not sure why we are going in circles".
We'll have to be more creative – we have such momentum and commitment from staff and students that we need to carry this on.
