The atomic structures of interface-engineered YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO)/plasma-treated YBCO/a-axis YBCO 'trilayer' samples have been observed by transmission electron microscopy.
In this case we know that its interacting proteins include PP2B, PKA and CaM; the location of its dimerisation site (Fig. 3A); the structures of associated proteins PKA, PP2B and CaM at high resolution; and the structures of interfaces between PP2B-CaM (Fig. 3B), AKAP79-PP2B 89 (Fig. 3C), AKAP79-PKA 87, 88 (Fig. 3D) and PKA RII and C subunits (Fig. 3E) at high resolution.
The internal structure of interface areas, and also the features of the landscapes in which they are located, were analyzed.
Firstly, the structure of interface films on LiCoO2 surface is studied with different concentrations of BMP additive.
Except for these variations, the band structure of interface is almost identical with the sum of band structure of the free graphene monolayer and SiO2 slab, as shown in Figure 2a, b. In our previous work, the structure of interface was not successfully reconstructed with knitted silk scaffold and MSCs in bone-tunnel.
Considering the interface alignment, fastening, interaction, and assembly/disassembly, mechanical structures of each interface are designed as follows: (1) Interface A supports the loading weight from the container module for bulk loads, or the platform module for packed boxes.
