In our analysis of genetics structure by STRUCTURE program [16], four populations displayed perfect population membership probabilities, the Africans, Caucasians, Amerindians, and Northern Asians, and three populations displayed partial membership, the Mongolians, Vietnamese, and Cambodians (Fig. 3).
To further investigate the population structure, we used the STRUCTURE program, which estimates individual ancestry and admixture proportions assuming that K populations exist based on a maximum-likelihood method.
For the population structure analysis, we applied the model based STRUCTURE program [26] [28] to estimate the admixture proportion for the CR rural samples.
We investigated the population structure of P. roqueforti further, with the STRUCTURE program.
To infer the population structure in the CR population, we applied the STRUCTURE program to the pooled dataset, including the four reference population sets (CEU, YRI, ASIAN and NA) without informing the program which sample was the reference sample.
For the soybean data, the STRUCTURE program was used to investigate the population structures of all selected cultivars [26].

For the analysis of population structure among the date palm cultivars, we used the STRUCTURE program (Pritchard et al. 2000) to identify numbers of subpopulations and their genetic constitution.
Compared to the dimension-reduction methodologies described above, the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC -based STRUCTURE prograMCMC -basedne of the moSTRUCTUREr methods for understanding genetic structures and admixtures [14].
